I would suggest you to go to the below link and try installing MagicISO again.For the issue with ‘’Windows encountered an error’’ I suggest you to boot the system in clean boot state and check if the issue still persist. Clean boot process will help you determine which third party program/app that is causing this issue. It could be some other application or programs, which runs on the computer at the background, leadingto this issue. Open Device Manager and open the entry for Storage Controllers.If you have an entry for MagicIso SCSI Host Controller, right click it and select Uninstall. Then restartthe computer.When I uninstalled the MagicISO controller, I also checked the box to 'delete the software.' After reboot the mounted ISO disks were gone.Note: the help suggestion originally said SCSI and RAID Controllers, which now is Storage Controllers. The fact that Microsoft keeps renaming stuff in their administrative tools is very frustrating becausehelp articles based on one version of Windows tell you to look for specific things that aren't there in another version.Kevin.
